While we hate to see you leave our Zips membership program, the quickest way is to complete a new ticket on our website and fill out the entire information requested. 

In addition to your personal information, the following is a list of the key items you should have on hand to complete the request:

  • Membership Sticker / RFID number (this is located on the sticker on your windshield) 
  • Zips location where you signed up. 
  • Reason for canceling.
  • Email
  • Phone

We attempt to process all tickets within 72 hours. If there is any additional information need one of our customer support agents will get in touch with you.
